I led the end-to-end content design and accessibility strategy for the Online Help Feature Buttons, collaborating across Documentation, UX, Development, and Localization to create a multilingual, user-friendly navigation experience within Oxygen XML.
I led the end-to-end design and launch of Informatica’s Salesforce Trailhead Training Roadmap, a scalable learning hub that unified onboarding for 5,000+ employees. I also conceptualized the Trailblazer Challenge, a gamified initiative that incentivized 830+ participants, accelerated acquisition integration, and fostered a high-energy culture of growth.
On a tight one-week deadline, I led the end-to-end design and authoring of an interactive, in-app Pendo walkthrough for Informatica’s Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC). Collaborating with Product Management and Content Experience teams, I created a guided onboarding experience to help users enable essential services and connectors within a Secure Agent group.
This graduate-level project at the University of San Francisco examined how new gamers navigate the PlayStation 5’s icon-based menu, using mixed methods to identify design gaps in labeling and feature grouping, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve clarity and usability for novice users.
